Set up each service with its own length and price. Clients pick a time that suits them, and you only show the hours you want to work.
Add breathing room before or after appointments, so you have time to reset, travel or take a break between clients.
Run group sessions with a set number of spaces. Clients book their spot online, and each event can have its own venue and address, which is perfect if you teach in more than one place.
Show your classes and events as a simple list, a week view or a month view. You choose which view your site opens on, and clients can switch between views if they prefer.
Sell bundles of sessions (like 5 massages or 10 classes). Clients can see how many they have left.
Use only appointments, only classes and events, or both side by side, and switch whenever your business changes.

Take payment online when clients book, let them pay you in person, or offer both.
Set the payment option for every service and event separately. Ask for online payment upfront for a workshop, and let your regular clients pay in person. Packages follow their service, and clients only see the pay-in-person option where you’ve allowed it.
South African businesses take online payments through PayFast. Businesses based elsewhere can use PayPal or Stripe.
Online payments land directly in your own account. Nunkio never holds your money.
Refund a booking in one click with Stripe or PayPal. With PayFast, refund in your PayFast dashboard and mark it as refunded here so your records stay tidy.

Booking confirmations, reminders and cancellation emails carry your branding, not ours.
Edit the subject and message for every type of notification, and turn off any you don’t want to send.
Each message automatically includes the client’s name, the service, date, time and amount.
Clients are reminded before their appointment, so fewer people forget to show up.
Send confirmations and reminders by WhatsApp too, the channel most clients actually read.

New bookings appear in your Google Calendar, and anything already in your calendar blocks that time from being booked.
For online sessions, a Zoom link is created automatically and sent to your client. Cancel the booking and the meeting is cleaned up too.
Connect your Instagram account once and your newest posts show on your site automatically.
