Each booking usually uses 2 messages: a confirmation and a reminder. So a practitioner seeing about 7 clients a week (around 30 bookings a month) would choose Mini.

- Need more messages? Move up a package any time.
- Nothing slips through. If your package runs out or a payment is missed, reminders switch to email automatically, so clients are still reminded.
- A dedicated WhatsApp number. We set up a WhatsApp number used only to send your automated reminders, showing your business name. Clients can’t respond to this number.
- Prices may change. WhatsApp message rates are set by Meta. If they change, we’ll let you know before your package price does.

Confirm your business with Meta.
Log in to your business’s Facebook account for about two minutes to confirm you own the business. We’ll send you a simple guide.

We do the rest.
We set up your WhatsApp number and switch on reminders for your website.
Meta checks every business before WhatsApp messages can be sent. This usually takes a few days, and occasionally a few weeks if your business is new to Facebook. Your email reminders keep working in the meantime.
Questions
Do I need a Nunkio website?
Yes. WhatsApp Reminders works with the booking system on your Nunkio website.
Do I need a new phone or WhatsApp app?
No. Nothing changes on your phone. Reminders are sent automatically from a dedicated number we set up for you.
Can clients reply to the reminders?
No. The number only sends automated reminders. Each message tells clients how to change their booking or get in touch with you.
Can I change my package?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your bookings change.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Go to My Account on nunkio.com, open Subscriptions and choose Cancel. WhatsApp Reminders keep running until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then your reminders switch back to email only.
